"Superb"
The staff were beyond helpful at all times. Fidel was our main point of contact and was so very thoughtful. He upgraded our room to a larger suite so we had a bed each as well as a kitchen area. The beds were so comfortable. Breakfast is simple, two cereal options, bagels with choice of toppings prepared by a lovely lady. Very basic provisions on a Saturday for breakfast as it’s the Sabbath. Area is not the quietest as it’s New York and they do like using their car horns. Two subway stations within a 10 minute or so walk. Lots of places to eat and drink within about 10-30 minute walk. Thank you to the team.

The hotel staff is very kind, very helpful. They cleaned our room every day, they brought fresh new towels, new soaps etc. every day. After checking out, they allowed us to keep our luggages there, while we had our last program in Manhattan. We were really keen on the freshly toasted bagels with creams in the morning made to go.

The staff is very friendly. The location is very convenient and safe. The room was comfortable and very clean. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Will be staying at this hotel again .

The room had even more that was needed - including full kitchen-style furniture that I just wouldn’t use. It was clean and spacious, I loved the bathtub and the staff was nice and friendly.

Comfy beds and good large bathroom. Staff and lovely and were able to store bags. Breakfast was simple (coffee and bagels) but good way to start the day). Walking distance from the Subway and bus stops located outside the hotel.
